Our physical books are made to order.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Allow approximately 7–14 business days from the date of your order for delivery.

Delivery time can vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

The physical books in The GlowUp System are printed specifically for your order rather than pulled from mass-produced warehouse inventory.

Your included digital access allows you to begin your GlowUp while your physical books are being prepared.

Because digital products are made available immediately and physical books are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided, and our physical products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your physical product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
