What is the difference between the physical and digital options?

The main difference is how you receive and use the system.

Choose the physical option if you prefer having physical books you can hold, write in, and keep with you.

Choose the digital option if you prefer immediate digital access and want to use the system from a compatible phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

Do I get instant access after purchasing?

Yes. Digital access allows you to begin using The GlowUp System without waiting for a package to arrive.

If you purchase the physical option, you can begin with your included digital access while your physical order is being prepared and shipped.

If you purchase the digital-only option, your GlowUp System is delivered digitally and no physical books will be shipped.

What do I need to use the digital version?

The digital GlowUp System requires a few things in order to access and use everything included:

If you want to write directly on the PDF pages digitally, you may prefer using a tablet with a PDF annotation app, but that is not required to access the system.

Are Goodnotes or Notability included with my purchase?

No. Third-party apps such as Goodnotes and Notability are not included with The GlowUp System.

You may use a compatible PDF reader or annotation app of your choice. Some third-party apps may require their own purchase or subscription.

When will I receive my physical order?

If you choose the physical GlowUp System, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

The physical GlowUp System is printed on demand, which means your books are produced after your order is placed.

You can begin using your included digital access while you wait for your physical order to arrive.

Why does physical delivery take 7–14 business days?

Physical orders are produced through a print-on-demand process rather than being pulled from mass inventory.

This production time is included in the estimated 7–14 business day delivery window.

Will anything be shipped if I purchase the digital version?

No. The digital-only GlowUp System is a 100% digital purchase. No physical books or other physical products will be mailed to you.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Please review which version you are purchasing before completing your order.

Digital products provide access after purchase and are non-refundable. Physical GlowUp System orders are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once placed.

If your physical order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact info@myglowupplan.com so we can help.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

This applies to physical orders only.

Please email info@myglowupplan.com as soon as possible.

Because physical orders are printed on demand, address changes may not be possible once your order has entered production.
