All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital or physical (hardcopy) products.

Digital Products

Once a digital product is purchased, you receive immediate access to downloadable content that cannot be returned, revoked, or resold. For this reason, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

Physical (Hardcopy) Products

All hardcopy planners and physical products are made-to-order or fulfilled upon purchase. As a result:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges

  • We do not cancel orders once processing has begun

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been used or unopened.

Please Note:

  • We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before purchasing.

  • If you experience a damaged item during shipping or a printing defect, please contact us at info@myglowupplan.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue for a possible replacement at our discretion.

  • Issues related to personal preference, change of mind, or misuse do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
