Order Processing

All physical (hardcopy) planners are made-to-order or fulfilled upon purchase.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Estimated delivery is typically 7-14 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect:

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Final Sale Notice
All physical products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hardcopy items.
