Thank you for shopping with My GlowUp Plan. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All physical (hardcopy) planners are made-to-order or fulfilled upon purchase.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery is typically 7-14 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing defect:

  • Contact us at info@myglowupplan.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Final Sale Notice

All physical products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hardcopy items.
